We evaluate potential merger partners as well as financial and strategic alternatives. We advise on strategy, timing, financing, pricing, and we assist in negotiating and closing transactions. In addition, we act as a dealer-manager in tender or exchange offers.


As many as 50% or more of the transactions we advise upon each year may be cross-border—and sometimes involve multiple jurisdictions. Our global offices are staffed with locally established experts in navigating local political, regulatory, and tax issues.

We advise boards and management teams on how to successfully develop relationships with and communicate their strategies and M&A transactions to their shareholders.
